Domestic Shipping (India):

Processing:

All custom orders takes 2 to 10 days to dispatch depending on the complexity of the design and curing time of all paints and adhesives.

 

Shipping:

We ship all orders through Bluedart Air service, which is mostly delivered in 1 – 2 days if the address of a metro city, else 3 – 7 days in case of an interior address. If a specific address is not serviceable through Bluedart then we call the customer to ask if they can provide us another address, else we ship through other private couriers like Amazon shipping, Ecom Express & Delhivery.

 

International Shipping:

We normally use UPS Courier for international orders which is reliable, fast and trackable shipping method. But we can ship through FEDEX/DHL as well ,if the customers desires so. Charges for this shipping methods start at 20USD and it gets variations depending upon weight and destination. It takes normally 2-8 days to reach the Destination.

We can ship through EMS SpeedPost for small parcels so as to reduce the cost. It is very inexpensive. Charges for this shipping methods start at USD 5 and it gets variations depending upon weight and destination. It takes 5-20 days to reach destination depends on countries.  All free Shipping items are shipped by this method.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. Customs are quite different in each country. Please comment while you are placing order about the requirements. We will support as much as possible.
